To provide pre-employment medical examination to land based and sea based overseas workers. We have a complete and updated equipment to examine and perform tests to our clients. Our strength comes from very competent and well-trained staff. Our accreditations: Department of Health, POEA, MARINA, TESDA, PRC and DOLE, Certified ISO 9001:2008. At the same we are a Licensed Drug Testing Facility. These all make and assure a fast, reliable and accurate services and results for our clients.

HMDCC was established in June 2015 by group of people with a common goal. Each individual committed in building an institution that will help build dreams and lives. In September 8, 2015, the Clinic was granted its accreditation by the Department of Health. With the starting success of the clinic it has decided to assure that quality system be established thus at present Heartwell Medical is a certified ISO 9001:2008 facility with BUREAU VERITAS. Our clinic is continuously upgrading and expanding our program.
